We have been distilling with passion for over 150 years. What began in 1867 as a traditional pear-orchard farm in the heart of the Mostviertel is today one of Austria's most innovative Bio distilleries. Family-run, uncompromisingly organic, and guided by one clear principle: from field to bottle.
Josef Farthofer has shaped the family business as its fifth generation into what it is today – an award-winning company that unites tradition and innovation. This is not simply schnapps being distilled. This is where Bio spirits are crafted with character, provenance, and a story to tell.
