Accessibility Statement
Scope
This accessibility statement applies to the website of Destillerie Farthofer GmbH: www.destillerie-farthofer.at and shop.destillerie-farthofer.at
Status of Compliance with Requirements
Our website strives to meet the requirements of the Accessibility Act (BaFG), in force since 28 June 2025, guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA, as well as EN 301 549.
Our website is currently partially conformant with the standards mentioned above. We are continuously working to further improve accessibility.
Non-Accessible Content
The following content is not accessible for the reasons listed below
PDF documents: Some older PDF files on our website are not designed to be accessible. We plan to gradually replace these with accessible versions.
Videos: Some embedded videos currently do not have subtitles or audio descriptions. We are working to adapt this content accordingly.
Links / Design elements: Not all texts and buttons meet the contrast requirements due to the company's CI/CD guidelines and manufacturer specifications. We are working to reduce these elements and bring them in line with the requirements.
Reasons for non-compliance
The content listed above is not fully accessible for the following reasons:
Non-compliance with accessibility regulations: Technical limitations and the use of third-party tools make full implementation of accessibility more difficult.
Disproportionate burden: The immediate adaptation of all existing content would place a disproportionate financial and organisational burden on us. We are, however, setting priorities and working towards a gradual implementation.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was last revised on 24 June 2026 and is based on a self-assessment in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
