Malzwelt
Distillery & malting house in Biberbach – where grain germinates, character is born. At our Malzwelt in Biberbach, whisky doesn't begin in the barrel – it begins in the field. From field to bottle – in its most uncompromising form.
Stiftskeller & Meierhofkeller
2,000 barrels. Over 1,200 square metres. Centuries-old vaulted cellars.
The Meierhof cellar beneath the historic Stiftsmeierhof Seitenstetten was once the beating heart of monastic supply – a place where pear must was stored, provisions were kept safe, and life in the monastery was sustained. Today, it is our largest sleeping quarters.
Here our whisky barrels mature in the largest whisky cellar in the Mostviertel.
BioArt Campus
The four artisan pleasure workshops housed on the ground floor of the BioArt Campus embody the sensory experience at the heart of the BioArt Campus. The workshops give visitors an on-site glimpse into how their products are made – and everything can be purchased at the Bio shop.
