On hot summer days, there's nothing quite like a cool, refreshing treat. And we've got just the thing for you. How about an iced coffee à la Farthofer?
Josef has been at it again, putting his creativity to work for the Freimeisterkollektiv to craft a brand-new coffee liqueur. The coffee beans were selected by German "Third Wave of Coffee" pioneer Ralf Rüller, sourced from the western region of Rwanda. This time, a truly special bean takes centre stage: Lot #58 from MAHEMBE. Ralf roasts these beans "greener" than typical espresso blends, preserving their intense and floral notes. Josef takes these freshly roasted beans and transforms them into a wonderful coffee liqueur. And here's how we love to enjoy it in the summertime:
Iced Coffee à la Farthofer
Simply pour our coffee liqueur over a scoop of organic vanilla ice cream. Pure poetry! But that's not all. If you really want to take it to the next level, add a drizzle of our creamy Schokoladenlikör. It tastes absolutely incredible and couldn't be easier to make at home. So give it a try – we can't wait to hear what you think of our iced coffee creation.

Recipe
