Hello from the Mostviertel with Farthofer's Homestory #3. Just in time for Easter, our bartender Florian Kinast shows you a creamy, chilled cocktail featuring pumpkin seed oil and our Bio Egg Liqueur. It is made with regional organic eggs, fresh organic cream, fine sugar from organic sugar beets, and premium organic wheat spirit. The texture is slightly thick, giving it a wonderfully smooth and creamy taste with a delightful hint of vanilla. Recipe ideas to recreate at home

Creamy Seed Oil Cocktail
Crushed Ice
3 cl Bio Egg Liqueur
2 tsp Bio vanilla ice cream
Blend the crushed ice with the remaining ingredients in a stand blender (or Thermomix) for a few seconds until you achieve a very creamy consistency.
Serve the cocktail in a chilled cocktail glass, garnished with chopped pumpkin seeds and apple pieces. Have fun making it!

Easter Egg Liqueur Cake
200 ml Bio rapeseed oil
4 organic eggs
250 g organic sugar
200 ml organic Eierlikör
120 g organic corn starch
120 g organic plain wheat flour
1 pkg. organic baking powder
Preheat oven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat). Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, add the remaining ingredients, stir to combine, then pour into a greased tin. Bake for 1 hour and dust with a little organic icing sugar. Happy Easter!
