Clear Spirits Under the Microscope
At the start of the year, the brandies from the last harvest are ready — still pure and untouched by the ageing process. It is the perfect moment to taste them "en primeur": unadulterated and clear. This moment is meant to be symbolic of the "Klare Gedanken" congress, which is set to become an annual industry get-together.
