We'll come right out and say it: we love this cult cocktail from Puerto Rico featuring advocaat! Exotically fragrant, smooth rum and velvety coconut milk transform a delicate advocaat into an incomparable drink. Use up any leftover advocaat from Aunt Resi, Grandma & Co. in cakes and pastries – for a perfectly flavoured Coquito, we recommend fresh advocaat.
Ingredients:
Blend the crushed ice with the remaining ingredients for a few seconds in a blender (or Thermomix) until you achieve a very creamy consistency. Serve the cocktail in a chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy making it!
