Mostello Sprizzz
The Mostello is made exclusively from Bio Mostbirnen using the port wine method. It is neither filtered nor fined, and matures completely naturally for four years in barrique casks in the open air and in the cellar house. This pear dessert wine has a beautiful amber colour, a delicate honey aroma, and on the palate it evokes dried and preserved fruits.
Ingredients:
Ice cubes
2 cl Bio elderflower syrup
12 cl soda water
The Mostello Sprizz cocktail is "Built in Glass" – no bar equipment needed for mixing. Simply pour all ingredients directly over the ice cubes, ideally into a stemmed glass, and stir. Garnish the drink with lemon slices and mint leaves to taste. Enjoy!
