O•Rhabarber

We always love seeing your creative cocktail creations that you send our way. This rhubarb mojito made with our Organic Premium Rum is our recommendation for the perfect refreshment this hot weekend:

Cocktail Mostviertler Gruß (Destillerie Farthofer)

Ingredients:

  • 4 cl O•Rum

  • Juice of half a lime

  • Fresh mint leaves

  • 10 ml rhubarb syrup

  • 10 ml elderflower syrup

  • Soda water to top up

The O•Rhabarber is prepared much like a classic mojito: mix lime juice, rhubarb syrup and elderflower syrup in a glass, muddle the mint leaves, then stir in crushed ice and O•Rum. Top up with soda water and garnish as you like.
