Öhling Mule
Looking for a fresh, regional twist? The Öhling Mule brings together the clarity of our Bio O•Vodka with the spicy kick of Ginger Beer and a hint of lime. Perfect for a relaxed evening or as an aperitif – regional, refreshing and one of a kind.
Ingredients:
5 cl O•Vodka
100 ml Ginger Beer
15 ml lime juice
1 dash of organic elderflower syrup
Ice cubes, fresh mint leaves, lime slice
A copper mug or highball glass is filled with ice cubes. Then O•Vodka and freshly squeezed lime juice are added. For a fruity note, a dash of organic elderflower syrup can be stirred in. The drink is then topped up with Ginger Beer and gently stirred. To finish, the cocktail is garnished with fresh mint leaves and a lime slice garnished and served ice-cold.
