No one is spared from the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic . Our cellar house is temporarily closed. The federal government's guidelines are clear: everyone is asked to stay at home. No reason to be sad, though – we've come up with something! From now on, we'll be coming straight to your home via video. We'll regularly treat you to cool drink recipe ideas to enjoy at home. Kicking things off is Farthofer's Homestory #1 with a Mostviertler Gruß . Our bartender Florian Kinast has crafted the perfect cocktail to go with it. And what could be more fitting for the Mostviertel than a classic pear brandy? We hope you enjoy making it at home!

Ice cubes
4 cl Gelbmostler Bio Edelbrand
2 cl organic lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 cl organic sugar syrup
4 cl organic pear juice (e.g. from Hechal)
4 cl soda water
This cocktail is "Built in Glass". No bar equipment needed for mixing. Pour all ingredients directly over the ice cubes into a glass and stir. Garnish the drink with pear slices and mint leaves to taste.
