Creamy Pumpkin Seed Oil Cocktail
Spring puts you in a great mood. Especially around Easter, advocaat is always a favourite. Our bartender Florian has created a pumpkin seed oil cocktail made with the Thermomix – which gives it an exceptionally creamy texture. A treat you simply have to try!
Ingredients:
Crushed Ice
3 cl Advocaat
2 tsp vanilla ice cream
6 cl Apple juice (Hechal)
Blend the crushed ice with the remaining ingredients for a few seconds in a stand mixer (or Thermomix) until you achieve a very creamy consistency.
Serve the cocktail in a chilled cocktail glass, garnished with chopped pumpkin seeds and small pieces of pear. Enjoy making it!
