Rum Crêpes
Mmmh… The apricot jam has been cooked down and is just waiting to be served with delicious crêpes. These taste best with O•Rum and as a topping we recommend homemade malt syrup or fresh berries! 🤩

Ingredients for 2 to 3 people:
140 g flour
150 ml Bio milk
150 ml water
5 tsp Bio butter
3 Bio eggs
2 cl Organic Premium Rum
1 tsp Bio sugar
1 pinch of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients into a batter, whisk until light and airy, and leave to rest in the fridge for about 2 hours. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and pour in the batter to form a thin crêpe, cooking until golden brown on both sides. Fold the golden crêpes into quarters and serve with fresh jam. Enjoy!
