Whisky Honey Sour
Looking for the perfect cocktail for a cosy evening? We have just the thing! The Whisky Honey Sour brings out the harmonious notes of our Single Malt Double Cask Bio Whisky beautifully.

Ingredients:
Ice cubes
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl honey syrup (1 part honey + 1 part warm water
1 egg white
First, shake the mixture vigorously without ice to froth up the egg white, then shake again with ice cubes to chill the cocktail. Next, strain the drink through a sieve into a chilled tumbler glass filled with fresh ice cubes and garnish with a lemon twist or a sprig of rosemary. The result is a wonderfully balanced cocktail that highlights the distinctive aromas of the whisky.
