Obstler – mixed fruit schnapps
This is one of the great classics. Cider apples and cider pears are picked from our own orchards, washed and then chopped with the grating mill. The mash of apples and pears is slowly fermented and afterward gently distilled.
Serving recommendation
Our Obstler is best enjoyed at room temperature, between 18–20°C
