Straw yellow in colour; in the nose it’s reminiscent of freshly kneaded dough; on the palate the liqueur has fine sweet nuances of vanilla, delicately creamy and luxuriant on the tongue.
Our egg liqueur is produced from organic free-range eggs, from which we use only the yolk. These are warmed up with an extract of bourbon-vanilla and beet sugar. The liqueur is rectified to 15.7% alcohol with our grain spirit.
Our Eierlikör is best enjoyed at room temperature, between 18–20°C
