Reddish brown colour; in the nose fresh black currants, lightly tinged with acidity. Lively and green on the palate with plenty of acidity and sweet raspberry notes in the finish. A highly developed interplay of sweet and sour.
Hand picked raspberries are macerated and blended with our own grain spirit. The liqueur is rounded off with beet sugar and rectified to 17% alc. by volume
Our Himbeerlikör is best enjoyed at room temperature, between 18–20°C
