The distillate offers a very powerful, somewhat rustic presence. Very spicy, with robust pear notes, rather pithy and warm on the palate.

Description

The red Pichlbirne is a cider pear, and grows on high-stock trees. They are gathered by hand, and brought to the cellar for fermentation and distilling.

Serving recommendation

Our Rote Pichlbirne is best enjoyed at room temperature, between 18–20°C
