A very fine nose of ripe sour cherries, reminiscent of cherries that have spent time marinating in brandy. Fine and ripe cherry flavour, a bit marmalade-like in terms of texture, with notes of cherry skin and a bit of bitterness from the cherry pits, almost almond-like.


Freshly harvested sour cherries are gently macerated and mixed with our own wheat spirit. The Weichsellikör is refined with beet sugar and rectified to 18% alcohol.

Our Weichsellikör is best enjoyed at room temperature, between 18–20°C
