Schokoladengeist

This distillate evokes dark chocolate on the palate, delicately bitter with a hint of classic cooking chocolate.

The finest cocoa beans from South America are macerated in the purest grain spirit for this distillate. After the period of maceration, the beans are gently distilled in the kettle. After this, the Schokoladengeist reposes for approximately one year before it is rectified with our spring water to 40% bottled strength.

This distillate evokes dark chocolate on the palate, subtly bitter with a hint of classic cooking chocolate.

Serving recommendation

Our Schokoladengeist is best enjoyed at room temperature, between 18–20°C
