This question has answered us as follows: Norbert Moser to the door. The Mostviertel certified sommelier has been cheating on his own cocktail catering business for 10 years. Cocktails and cocktails are mixed in 15 different countries around the world. He whispered to us how he likes our LEOPOLD Bio Sloe Gin. Since we have become curious and have put together our own recommendation.

Unfortunately, we have not come to the aftermath, but we will catch up as soon as possible. Until now we enjoy our sloes Gin Solo – pure on ice! Of course we do not want to take over his reception number and we hope you enjoy trying it out.

  • Sloe Gin Bubble Ale

    5 cl LEOPOLD Organic Sloe Gin

    15 cl ginger ale

    1 cl of fresh cucumber juice

    1 cl pomegranate syrup

    Squeeze 1/8 juice from a lime into the glass

    about 10 fresh seeds of a pomegranate

    Decoration: pomegranate split and thinly cut cucumber

Preparation:

Fill a highball glass with double frozen ice cubes and then stir all the ingredients in the glass until cold. Decorate the cocktail with a cucumber skewer and a pomegranate split.

Alternative shake:

Shake all ingredients without the ginger ale, strain the drink into a highball glass filled with ice cube and then fill up with ginger ale.

Drinking recommendation:

Be sure to serve the drink with a thick straw, so that you can pull the pomegranate seeds through the straw and then enjoy them.
